There is no place better to spend your winter than in the Snowy Mountains of Manali Himachal Pradesh. It is a place which is covered by the Snowy Mountains and offers so much to the basic to the advance skiers. Our skiing arena is located in the breathtaking solang Valley which is the favorite place of the alpine ski lovers. The Himalayan Alps are amongst some of the oldest snow covered alpine landscapes in the Himalaya. If you are looking for a basic course, an intermediate or an advance course or just wanna have fun while sliding on the snow in your ski boots, this place is the best option for you to choose a right course package as per your requirements.
Day 01: Arrive Manali/ transfer to Solang valley
Arrive manali, our representative will be there to greet you at bus station and transfer to hotel. Take some rest and after lunch you’ve an introduction of the area and ski touring around Solang.
Day 02: In Solang Valley / Mount Fatru
Today after breakfast ski touring around Solang , climb to the Mount Fatru and ski down from there. Evening time we will come back to hotel.
Day 03: In Solang / Patalsu Peak
Early morning start towards Patalsu Peak through the Solang Village, cross the tree line at around 3000 Mts. Further the widely extended slope Summit is clearly visible. Climbing time – 6 – 7 Hrs (Depends upon the snow condition and endurance of the clients). Best condition is to start skiing down. Come back to Manali and a short trip to the hot sulphur water springs at Vashisht. Transfer to Hotel.
Day 04-05: Gulaba Meadows
After breakfast in manali, head to Gulaba (by transport), it will take approximately 1 hour to reach Kothi (depending upon the snow conditions). Then 3 hours climb to Gulaba and then ski down back to Manali.
Day 06: Hampta Valley
Trek to Sethan Village (2800 Mts.), takes around 4 -5 Hrs. depending upon the snow condition on the way. Reach the Mountain House. Ski around sethan Village. Overnight at the mountain house.
Day 07- 08: Hampta Alpine Meadows
Climb upto tree line, Ski touring around the wonderful alpine meadows. 3-4 Hrs of walk would get us into the slopes of 3-4 Kms. Enjoy the breathtaking views at a Max altitude of 4000 Mtrs. Gradient varies between 25 degrees to 40 degrees.
Day 09: Transfer to Manali
Trek Back to Manali and over night in a Hotel. (Tour ends)

- Food will be on APAI plan (i.e. full board, breakfast, lunch, dinner with Hot drinks).

Is skiing dangerous?
Skiing is thrilling, exciting, wet, wild and unbelievably fun. The Kullu Manali region has moderate skiing grades as compared to high risk skiing sites in other tourist destinations. However, as with all adventure sports, there is inherent risk involved. The risks are possible, if you don’t follow safety rules. Skiing safety is best assured when it is catered by expert professionals, good equipment and essential safety gear.
How fit should I be to go skiing?
Any normal human being is usually fit or capable for enjoying skiing and adventure fun. You should be reasonably healthy, and must be able to fit into the life vests supplied by your outfitter. Other than fitness, you should obey safety and precautionary instructions from your skiing guide and instructors.
Can I bring my camera or video camera?
We don’t recommend bringing digital/ video cameras, or even expensive still cameras, on trips. Many people bring disposable waterproof cameras, which work just fine. And While skiing the complete focus should be on maintaining balance and Grip of self, not on clicking pictures ! This task can be given to person in group who is not doing Skiing, he / she can manage good clicks for this Skiing tour !
Should I give tip to my guide?
Tipping is certainly appreciated by the guides, yet its not compulsory. Guys work hard to make sure you have a fun, yet a safe skiing trip in Manali. If you feel your guide has done a good job, keeping you entertained, and sharing the wonderful river environment with you, then you feel free to give a tip as per your wish.
How To Reach Manali by Air
Bhuntar airport located at a distance of 52 km from Manali and is the gateway to this region. Tourists who prefer and can afford to fly cut down on travel time hugely and thus can have a lot more time to enjoy Manali. Flights are available from all the major cities.
How To Reach Manali By Railway
Jogindernagar railway station is the nearest rail head to Manali that connects the hill station with several important cities of the country. Chandigarh and Ambala are other options to reach Manali by train. The nearest Railway Station for Manali are at Chandigarh (350 km.) Kalka, and Ambala (360 km).
How To Reach Manali By Bus
Manali is very well-connected to important tourist destinations like Leh, Shimla, Kullu, Dharamshala and New Delhi by means of a network of state-run as well as private buses. The bus journey from Delhi to Manali is 550 kilometres, and it is advisable to book your tickets in the air-conditioned Volvo coaches, as the buses are more comfortable than ordinary ones, keeping in mind the long distance of the journey.
How To Reach Manali by Road/Self Drive
The drive up to Manali is simply breathtaking! You can catch scenic glimpses of the adjoining mountains and valleys from almost every turn that the twisty uphill road throws you in. Though a lot of tourists prefer a self-drive up to Manali, it is advisable to hire a taxi in case you are not comfortable with driving in mountainous regions.
